1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on BriLinkDot ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

BriLinkDot provides an Instagram DM automation platform that enables users to:

• Automate direct messages in response to Instagram comments, story replies, and DMs
• Collect leads and data through in-DM forms
• Use AI-powered responses for frequently asked questions
• Track analytics and conversion data for automations

3. Instagram & Meta Compliance

BriLinkDot operates exclusively through Meta's official Graph API. Users must comply with:

• Instagram's Community Guidelines
• Meta's Platform Terms of Service
• Meta's Messaging Policy

You must not use BriLinkDot to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates Meta's policies. Any violation may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@brilinkdot.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscription & Payments

BriLinkDot offers Free, Starter, Pro, Growth, and Agency plans. Paid plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as selected. Payments are processed via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers. Refund requests after 7 days will be evaluated case-by-case. Contact hello@brilinkdot.com for refund requests.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use BriLinkDot to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or phishing content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other Instagram users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Sell, resell, or sublicense the Platform without written consent

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BriLinkDot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
